Who other, besides my sister, would I bestow the honor of this title? As she is seven years my senior, I often felt like I had two moms growing up. We've always been close, but it wasn't until we entered adulthood that we combined friendship with sisterhood. I still look up to Michelle and can't thank her enough for all she does for me!

After meeting Sean our freshman year of high school in Theater class, we hit it off right away. Once he got a car his Senior year, we quickly became thick as thieves! We've been through a lot together, including a ghost enounter, and I wouldn't want anyone else by my side as my Best Man.

Born less than a month apart, we've been close since birth! Rosanna's not only my cousin but also one of my best friends. We've been through thick and thin together, and I'm lucky to have her at family gatherings to make things more bearable!

I've known Megan since we were 14 and met her by chance when her friend randomly stopped me to ask for a hug at school one day. These hug encounters occurred daily for a long time, and the three of us became good friends after that. I was Megan's only bridesman at her wedding a few years ago, and I'm excited that she is reciprocating at my wedding as my groomswoman.

We first met Freshman year in high school in PE class. We immediately bonded over the connection we had with Hong Kong (she's from there, and so is my family) and became fast friends. We became even closer in college, when we both attended University of Oregon. She was the daughter my mom wanted ("Ashley, look how studious Karen is"), and I was the one her mom wanted ("Karen, you should learn to be more laid back like Ashley"). We balance each other out so well, and I'm proud to call her one of my best friends!

My brother from another mother, Shaun and I especially like to yell, "You're my brother!" to each other after a night of drinking. We lived together for two years, and have been friends for about 12 years. Shaun is always someone I can depend on, and I can't wait to have my "brother" stand with me on my big day.

The first baby in the Chan family, my now 7-year-old niece has blossomed into the kindest, sweetest, and smartest girl. She is wise beyond her years and brings so much joy in our lives. I'm such a proud Auntie!

Although Michael and I knew each other in high school, we didn't become friends until after we graduated when we became roommates. He is the third leg in Minder and my "tripod," and I was lucky enough to be a groomsman in his wedding last year. Glad I can repay the favor and have Michael in my own wedding party!

My 3-year-old niece is the sassiest little girl I know! She is incredibly stubborn (like her mother) and tends to rebel, but she can also change to a cuddly sweetheart in an instant. She and her sister are the rays of sunshine in our lives!
