We met on the day Channa interviewed for her first job at Cinemark. When she walked in, Kadin overheard on the radio "Channa is here an hour early for her interview" which he would later find out is just what she does. Kadin, not knowing her at all yet, yelled out "Hi Channa!!" from behind the concession stand. From there it started with flirting at work, until Kadin finally asked Channa out to coffee. Channa, not knowing that this was a date, accepted and they both went on with their day. At Mondos Cafe, Kadin and Channa stayed there talking for hours. The staff had to kick them out because they didn't realize that they were at the cafe 45 minutes after closing. Kadin and Channa continued their first date in Kadin's truck, where Kadin played ukulele and sang to Channa for the first time. After another hour or so of talking, Kadin and Channa's first date came to an end, but definitely not the last!
