Accomodations

We encourage all guests to book their accommodations as soon as possible as August is a very popular time in Newport! Transportation will be provided to and from the venue from the Newport Marriott hotel and the Sonesta Select hotel. We encourage anyone who isn't staying at those hotels to still Uber or walk to the pick up locations so that you can take advantage of the transportation. If you have any questions regarding booking or hotel/airbnb locations, please reach out to us!

We have a room block set up at the Newport Marriott in downtown Newport, the deadline to make reservations at this hotel is Friday, July 26th. To make a reservation, call 401-849-1000 and request a room from the Chan/Latsey room block. You can also book online at the link below. Transportation will be provided to and from this hotel.
