Flight
If you plan to fly here, XNA is the closest airport. ~15 mins Tulsa (TUL)~ 1.5 hr Oklahoma City (OKC) ~3.5 hr Kansas City (MCI) ~3.5 hr from location.
Rental Car
If you decide to fly, I recommend renting a car. The best option is right from the airport you fly into.
House Or Rental
As there is many groups, I recommend renting an Airbnb in Rogers or Bentonville. There are many good options to choose from and most are close to location as this is a smaller area. Please let me know in the RSVP if Airbnb is your accommodation choice.
Hotel
We recommend staying at the TRU hotel or any neighboring hotels in this area. There are several to choose from. If there is enough interest in hotels, I will get a hotel block.
