Yes. The dress code is Semi-formal. Please wear nice attire to the event (summer/maxi dresses, button up shirts, blazers, etc.) Jeans are welcomed as long as they are nice and inform.
Since we plan on a small wedding, a select few children will be invited but we ask most stay at home. Thank you for understanding!
Unless given a plus one on the invitation, please refrain from bringing an unexpected guest. Please be considerate and respectful of the bride and groom and not be *that person*.
You're welcome to stay at any hotel or Airbnb in any area that you wish. The couple live in King of Prussia (Valley Forge). This is where the rehearsal dinner will take place the night before for those involved. If you would like to stay close to the venue, we recommend the Holiday Inn in Hatfield (Lansdale). It is located 2.5 miles from the venue and there will be shuttle services to and from the venue for convenience.
We will make sure to be mindful of it. However, it will just be casual fare with catering from Mission BBQ and some Korean dishes in buffet fashion.
The venue is a private home so there is street parking. If you stay at the Holiday inn hotel that we recommended, there will be a shuttle bus to use for convenience.
Yes. We will be using a shuttle service with unlimited transport to and from the hotel to the venue for convenience.
For the wedding party and immediate family, there will be a dinner rehearsal the night before at the couple's apartment.
The weather history shows that it will be low chance of rain, the high will be in the 80's, and low in the 50's. Bring a light jacket or sweater for evening weather.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place in the backyard of the Luetke Residence.
They will both be outdoors. However, the ceremony will be under a pavillion and there will be a tent for the reception.
The reception will follow immediately after the ceremony. Guests are welcome to play some lawn and board games, and grab a refreshment from the bar as the BBQ catering is set up.
The couple requests that you are fully aware and present during the intimate ceremony. Please silence and remove your cellphones. The couple requests no smart phones, tablets, or other devices be used until after the ceremony. They have hired photographers and videographers so please relax and do not distract yourself or others and be present in the moment.
Yes you may! The couple would love to have the photos so please send it their way. If using social media, please tag the couple and use #changmellottwedding2020. (Note: Please be fully present and aware during the actual ceremony, as requested.)
