Andrew and I attended the same schools for many years and were only two grades apart, but we never truly crossed paths back then. That changed one day when Andrew shared a Snapchat story featuring a hat from Herc Equipment Rental, where my dad happens to work. I of course had to respond with a brief message about how my dad works there, and from that moment on, we never stopped talking.
