There is a current MASK MANDATE for Franklin County. Therefore, guests will be required to wear a mask upon entry into the venue and at all times during the event unless eating or drinking. If you do not wish to wear a mask during the wedding and reception, we will have to ask that you decline the invitation. This is to avoid issues with the venue and ensure a smooth process during the evening. We will have a Zoom link for guests to watch the ceremony if they choose not to come.
We have requested a block of ten rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites on High St. In downtown Columbus. We are waiting for approval and will update the website with more information when we have it.
The Franklin Park Conservatory has its own parking lot, however, our wedding takes place during the their holiday exhibit season so the rest of the conservatory will be open to the public until 9pm that night so parking may be limited. We suggest either Ubering or carpooling to the venue to be safe.
The Franklin Park Conservatory will have evening hours this time of year for their holiday exhibit. They will be open to the public until 9pm that night. Our guests are allowed to roam around the conservatory and explore throughout the evening, but the Palm House will be off limits to the public and will be available to our guests only.
While we love your children, we want our guests to be able to enjoy the night free of distractions. We are also limited to a max capacity for the venue.
We have the venue until midnight, however, we are encouraging guests to leave whenever they'd like to explore the city. Lyfts, Ubers and ride-shares can be taken back downtown where guests can enjoy the rest of the evening out.
