As the Matron of Honor, Shannon's older sister Meagan brings not only her love as a big sister, but also so much wisdom and support. She is truly the BEST sister, friend, mom & wife. Our wedding day would not be possible without her help (and love of organizing and list making!) Meagan, her husband Matt (Jor) and their daughter Emma recently moved back to Wisconsin after living in Minneapolis for 15+ years and we could not be happier about it (especially since they live less than 10 minutes away from us!) Having them close and being an Auntie & Uncle to Emma has been simply the best. As sisters, you dream about your wedding days together for your entire lives, and we are so honored to have Meagan be such an integral part in ours. From planning to celebrating, and everything in between, we are so grateful to have her in our lives and part of our special day. Love you, sister!

Brooke has been Shannon's very best friend for so many years, and our day would not be complete without her. Brooke has been there for every part of our relationship; from helping Shannon pick out her outfit for our first date, to being the very first person Shannon called after Matt proposed...even though she didn't pick up! (Love you, Brooke!) Even though Brooke lives far away in Alabama, that doesn't stop Brooke and Shannon from being there for each other no matter the distance. They stay in constant communication, texting and calling each other with every thought and fun thing that is happening; a true one in a million friendship. You can't get one without the other! Thank you for being such a special part of our lives and for being a part of our wedding day, we love you so much!

Shannon and Hana's friendship is the true definition of the invisible string theory...the connections throughout their lives yet they never met is really crazy, but special! From attending UW-Whitewater at the same time, to Hana being roommates with two of Shannon's sorority sisters, to Hana dating one of Matt's best friends from high school all through college (and recently married-congrats Hana and Trent!) It has truly been written in the stars for them to find one another and be best friends...we'll give Matt & Trent partial credit for making the initial introduction! Hana is the kindest, most genuine person you will ever meet, and we are so lucky to know her! We truly cherish all of the memories we have made with each other and our sweet doggies. Shannon & Hana have had SO much fun wedding planning and being brides together...it has made the entire experience so special! Here's to many more memories and Taylor Swift sing-alongs in the car! Taylor has been one of Shannon's best friends for years, and we cannot imagine our day without her. Brooke introduced Shannon & Taylor to each other many years ago, and it has been an instant friendship ever since! Taylor is kind, thoughtful, hardworking, the most FUN to be around, and has been the most supportive friend. She always gives the best advice and knows exactly what to say; she can put a positive twist on anything and can make even your worst day a little brighter. Taylor is also a 2025 bride (you're next, Tay Tay!) and has been there every step of the way whenever Shannon needs help, an opinion, or needs to be talked off a ledge! The girl with the best shoe collection you'll ever see, and the biggest heart of gold...Taylor is the definition of a true friend. We love you, Taylor!

Sam is Matt's older sister and the leader of the Chaneske siblings! Sam is the epitome of a big sister, always organized, patient, level-headed, and is never afraid to put Matt in his place (only when he needs it, of course!) Sam is the most fun to be around, has a smile & personality that lights up a room, loves dogs just as much as we do (which is A LOT), is always down for anything, and is an incredible wife and mom to our two nephews, Adam and Elliot. You, Erik and the boys mean so much to us, and we are so grateful to be able to make so many amazing memories with you all. From holidays together, zoo trips, and running around with Uncle Matt in the yard, there isn't anything we won't have fun doing! You are the BEST big sister and sister-in-law...we love you so much Sam!

Katie is the youngest (and would argue the coolest) of the Chaneske crew, and we cannot imagine our wedding day or our lives without her! She has been a fixture in our home throughout the years, and we think our dogs love Auntie Katie more than us, but we can't blame them! She is the BEST. She loves her nephews and all three of her doggy nieces and nephews like they are her very own. Katie is incredibly hard working, smart, funny, and would drop anything for anyone if they needed help. It has been so fun to watch her blossom in her career as a Physician's Assistant, and always answers Shannon's frantic phone calls when Matt hurts himself doing some new project. 😂 Thank you for making our day so special, we love you Katie bo Baty!
Tyler Smith
Best Man
Tyler & Matt have been best friends since middle school where they met playing on the football team in 6th grade. He has been there for so many big life moments for Matt, and we are so honored that he is part of this big moment for us, too! Tyler and Matt have countless memories of hunting up north, making sledding videos (iykyk), building a paintball course in Tyler's back yard in high school, riding motorcycles; Tyler even drove all the way out to San Diego and back to help Matt move when he joined the Marines. Tyler has been there for it all and we are so grateful for him!
Ryan Johnson

Ryan and Matt also met during middle school football, and have been best friends ever since. We can always count on him to know the best spots for the best beer, and he knows how to make everyone laugh! From endless sleepovers, more sledding videos, giving teachers in school a hard time together (such as guest appearing in all of Matt's school projects just to make the teachers mad) and so many other things that we probably shouldn't put on here. 😂 We are so excited that he is part of our wedding day. Trent and Matt became fast friends in high school and have remained close ever since. They are two peas in a pod, working on house projects together while Shannon and Hana drink wine and supervise. 🍷 Trent is incredibly loyal and is always there for us when we need help. He is always down to help Matt with any crazy task...like moving a hot tub, picking up a pool table and getting it into their basement, and hanging drywall in the garage. Trent is always up for the challenge! We have been on so many adventures together, and here's to many more! Thank you for being such a special part of our day and lives!
Ross Riopelle

Matt and Ross met through Tyler back in college and formed a fast friendship. They bonded over their love of disc golf, Ross taught Matt the ropes for regular golf, and have explored courses together across many different states! Ross is a great hunting partner and is always down to enjoy any and all outdoor activities with Matt. Matt and Ross have made so many great memories throughout the years; here's to many more golf courses in the future (minus Ross's backseat driving in the golf cart.) We are so thankful for your friendship and for being part of our day!

Matt and Brian met...well, Matt can't remember exactly when, it kind of feels like they've been friends forever! 😂 They first bonded through middle school and high school sports and weightlifting. Their bond grew stronger when they both decided to pursue military service after high school. They have maintained their long-distance friendship for over a decade now! Even though they have grown separately and from different parts of the country, they have never grown apart! We are so grateful to have you be a part of our lives and our wedding day, Brian!

Ryan and Matt met in high school and have been close friends and even roommates throughout the years. Omdoll is definitely the most interesting person we know, always travelling for volleyball and work, & always has an interesting story to tell! You can always count on him to partner with another member of this group of guys to engage in some type of shenanigans! Ryan has had Matt's back in good times and bad, and would do anything to help a friend if needed. We are so happy to have you be a part of our day!

Jor, you are so funny, thoughtful, and the best dad and husband! We have no doubt that you will make our wedding ceremony so special and memorable. We are so lucky to have a brother-in-law like Erik! He is so fun, the BEST dad to Adam and Elliot, and is always ready to wrestle with our two dogs to tire them out! He is also the most helpful (remember when you had to come over in the middle of the night when Matt was gone hunting to fix our water heater so Shannon could have hot water? That was fun!) We are so happy and thankful for you being a part of our day!
