Can I bring my kids?

We love your little ones, but we are unable to accommodate children the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it incudes a plus one, on your invitation.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony. We have hired amazing photographers to capture our special day!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Sugar Pine Barn. Uber and Lyft also drive to the venue.

IS there transportation to the venue?

Answer

We will not have shuttles to the venue. There is no overnight parking at the venue, so we encourage guests to utilize Uber/Lyft/taxi if planning to partake in alcoholic beverages that will be provided.

What should I expect for the reception?

Answer

We will have dinner, dessert, and beverages provided. Bring your dancing shoes and brush up on some line dances!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside in the grass, while the reception will be mainly indoors. If there is a change in weather, we will adjust accordingly.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets, slacks, and suits.

How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP?

Answer

There is an RSVP card included with your invitation that you can mail back. You can also RSVP on our wedding website. Please RSVP by August 22, 2025
