Do I need to purchase travel insurance?

Answer

YES!! Travel Insurance is a way to protect yourself from some of the cancellation penalties, as well as many other unforeseen factors. It covers you in case you need to cancel your trip for medical reasons or death in the immediate family, as well as a variety of other items(i.e. trip interruption, flight delay, baggage loss, etc.) Also, your medical insurance normally will not cover you outside the U.S. so you’ll need to purchase travel insurance in order to have coverage.

We have reserved a block of rooms at special group rates. Contact VIP Vacations at 610-865-1055 or weddings5@vacationsbyvip.com; you can also visit our webpage at vacationsbyvip.com/client-pages/Naughton-Haynes/ Please be advised that only a certain number of rooms are being held & set to release on 01/31/20 if not filled. After this there is no guarantee that a room will be available down the line. Booking through VIP Vacations is the only way to be considered part of our wedding guest list. Please book through them. They can also assist with airfare.

Payment arrangements

Answer

Payments can be set up after contacting VIP Vacations. Deposit of $200 per person due by January 31, 2020 Final payments are due by February 28, 2020

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Transportation from the airport to the resort is included when you book your room
