The wedding will take place on Saturday, August 8th, 2026 at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, starting approximately at 3:30pm MST.
On-site valet parking is available at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, in addition to overnight &/or stay-length parking. The Post Hotel & Spa and Lake Louise Inn offer similar parking options. For wedding day logistics, if you are staying at the Post Hotel & Spa or Lake Lake Louise Inn, a shuttle will circulate between the properties to pick-up/drop-off guests. Please indicate on your RSVP if you will require on-site parking!
We recommend that guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the official ceremony start time to accommodate for parking and to get settled, enjoy the view and music before the proceeding. Late arrivals will NOT be allowed to enter the ceremony.
We kindly encourage our guests to dress up for this occasion! Our dress code is Black-Tie Optional. For ladies, floor-length dresses are suggested. For gentlemen, suits are encouraged. We request that NO guests arrive in white, or shades of white. If you are unsure of attire please contact Chanel or Aidan (who will divert you to Chanel).
We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest friends and family. If you have been provided a plus one, they will be listed under your name when you RSVP. Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate guests that are specifically listed on the formal wedding invitations.
While we love your little ones, this is an adult only event. The Fairmont offers child care services with flexible and custom schedules for each family!
To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" page on our website and fill out the online form. We are grateful for any guests who completed the soft RSVP. We require all guest to complete the final RSVP form before June 1st, 2026 as it indicates attendance, meal selections, allergies, etc. Any unsubmitted RSVPs will be considered "Not Attending". We strongly encourage guest to conduct their own expense research prior to RSVP'ing, and greatly appreciate anyone able to make it!
If you have any other questions, please contact Chanel or Aidan!
