Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking onsite, and a parking attendant.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love the little ones, we want you to enjoy this time with us. So we do ask not to bring children to the event please.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive between 3:30-3:45pm.

What time does the event end?

Answer

Everyone has to be off site by 10pm.

When does alcohol service end?

Alcohol will end at least 30 minutes before stop time.

Can I bring a date?

If there isn't a plus one on the invitation, please don't bring a date. Thank you.

Do I need my ID?

Answer

Yes, if you would like a drink from the bar they will be checking ID's.

Can we go to the river?

Answer

Yes, the river is accessible. However, you are responsible for your own safety.

Can we use the swing that is onsite?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. The swing is for pictures by the photographer only.

Is this an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we do ask you to keep your phone turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer to get these pictures for us, after the ceremony is over you may take as many pictures as you want.

Is there a smoking area?

Yes, there is only one designated smoking area.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP a month before the wedding that way we can get a final headcount for our caterer.
