Kings Beach and the surrounding area have plenty of Hotels and VRBO/AirBnB rentals to choose from. Areas further away such as Reno and Truckee have additional options as well (often cheaper too). There are also two ski resorts nearby (Northstar and Palisades Tahoe) that will have rooms available in the "off-season". ***It is recommended to book accommodations sooner rather than later, as the Kings Beach and surrounding Lake Tahoe area is a popular summer vacation area*** There is a free local bus called the TART (Transit for the Tahoe Area) that can be used to get to a from the venue and other activities: https://tahoetruckeetransit.com. Keep in mind, the hours can be variable and that other Uber and Lyft services are limited. In order to get the full Tahoe experience we recommend renting a vehicle.
