Wedding Party

Paige Milam

Maid of Honor

Paige and I met over 17 years ago in our freshman year of high school down in San Diego. Even though I originally thought she was way too cool for me, I quickly realized she was just as weird as I was (just better at hiding it hehe). Since then, she has been my ride-or-die and we have been inseparable. We have shared so many memories together, including 24-hour Disneyland trips, school dances, becoming roommates, working together at the humane society, her making me go to haunted houses for her birthday, and so much more. Paige is fiercely loyal, endlessly caring, and one of the funniest people in my life. Anyone lucky enough to be in her circle knows what a gift that is. She not only sticks up for her people, but she makes them feel valued and supported. She is also hands-down the best planner I know and somehow always keeps everything (and everyone) on track. She is the Type A to my Type B <3. Watching her become a mother has been so inspiring and has made me admire her even more. I am so lucky to have her standing next to me on this day as my Maid of Honor and next to me for the rest of our lives!

Cassidy Chapman

Matron of Honor

My Bub! I met Cassidy back in 6th grade when we were just tiny 11-year-olds. I befriended her best friend from P.E. class and was invited to sit with her group. I remember seeing Cassidy and thinking, "She is so pretty and funny! But also.. does she hate me for clinging onto her BFF?" However, when we began to talk with one another, it was like I was talking to someone I had known my entire life. The bond was unmatched and we would proceed to spend every day together. When I say every day. I mean. Every. Day. I think our record was 4 or 5 sleepovers in a row in which we would need one break day to reset and were back together again. Although I made the impulsive decision to switch high schools mid-way through, we stayed close and spent as much time as we could with one another. In college, I invited her to a party where she met her husband Drew and she invited me to a party where I met Kevin. We always said we would marry boys that: wore flannels, drove trucks, were funny, and were friends. Although Kevin doesn't drive a truck, I think we manifested everything we wanted. I am so thankful to have her by my side on my wedding and as long as we live.

Melissa Fleming

Bridesmaid

Mel Mel and I met over 13 years ago at San Diego State University. At first I couldn’t tell if she loved or hated me, but I quickly realized her sarcasm goes unmatched. Once I broke through that, I met someone who quickly became one of my absolute favorite people. Mel is courageous, funny, intelligent, and an amazing mother to her Grace and Luke. A favorite memory I have with Mel is when one summer in college, we decided to make a music video to the one and only Shaggy “Wasn’t Me.” Somehow, I was cast as the man and Mel was the girl. With the help of Jenn, we spent the entire day recreating what I can only describe as a cinematic masterpiece. That video will probably haunt me forever, but the memory of that day is still one of the best I had that entire summer. I am so lucky to have her in my life and can't wait to have her next to me on the wedding day!

Jessy Song

Bridesmaid

Jessy, aka Battle Buddy! How do I even begin to describe this amazingly wonderful person! From being a rockstar nurse to being the best flip-cup partner in town, this woman can do it all! We met Freshman year at SDSU in the dorms as little eighteen year olds. The moment I met her, I knew she was going to be a forever friend. We had so many crazy & fun adventures during our time at State and there is NO way I could have survived those years without her by my side. If you know Jess, you know how loyal and caring she is to her friends and treats them like family. She is someone who will literally give the shirt off her back for her friends (or stickers... long story). I feel so lucky to have her in my life and am excited for all of our future adventures!

Cara Gaver

Bridesmaid

Cara and I bonded over our love for animals by meeting at the San Diego Humane Society back in 2019. Right off the bat, I could tell her and I were going to be besties for the resties. Whenever we’re together, I feel like I can truly be my weird, silly self without any judgment! She not only cares deeply for animals but is one of the truest, most genuine friends I have ever met. We have shared so many fun memories together, including late nights at the arcade bar, dancing around at drag shows, spa days in the summer, and so much more. I know that she will be in my life forever! I am so thankful to have her in my life and truly honored to have her standing next to me during my wedding!

Jennifer Spillman

Bridesmaid

Jenn AKA Roomie4Lyfe! I was lucky enough to be paired with this amazing individual as my roommate during our freshman year at San Diego State University. I’ll never forget opening the door to my assigned room and being greeted by the energetic, bubbly person who would go on to become one of my closest friends. Jenn is kind, hardworking (she worked 3 jobs at once in college!), hilarious, super smart, and an awesome mother to Jack Jack. If we were in "Inside Out 2" movie, she would be the Joy to my Anxiety. She has a heart of gold, treats her friends like family, and will always have your back. Unless you go out to get food and forget her bean and cheese burrito.. then forgiveness will be hard to earn back. She has seen the good and the bad and has stuck with me through it all. I am so lucky to have her in my life and can't wait for all the new adventures ahead!

Nathan Thome

Best Man

My big brother and my original best friend, Nate is the man. We've been two peas in a pod for as long as I can remember. Nathan has been an unending source of inspiration for my life and has shaped so much of who I am. He's introduced me to everything from Blink-182 to X-Men, and is responsible for my love of Dickies and Marvel comics, respectively. Growing up, we spent countless hours playing games, throwing alley oops on little hoops to each other, and making movies. The ridiculous videos we made are what inspired me to get into the video production industry, and still crack me up to this day. Nate is hilarious, quick-witted, and my sense of humor has become a direct reflection of his own. He's also such a hard-working, driven dad of 3 amazing kids. People take one look at us and instantly know we are brothers. And if you couldn't tell by looking at us, you'd soon find out by the speed at which we can inhale a double quarter-pounder.

Robert Blasingame

Groomsman

Robert has been my ride-or-die since kindergarten and is, hands down, the funniest person I know. Growing up, he was my go-to guy for good times and Family Guy episodes I probably wasn't supposed to be watching. From staying up all night beating Donkey Konga on the Gamecube to watching all the Pirates of the Caribbean movies in Japan, we keep finding ways to be absolute bros. Not only is Rob one of the most loyal friends, but he's also insanely quick-witted and intelligent. He's the go-to guy for anything tech-related and can most definitely torrent you anything you need. Ask him about his favorite death metal band and be prepared to listen to the most brutal sounds you've ever heard.

Robbie Brown

Groomsman

Robbie just exudes cool with everything he does. We met in high school and quickly became thick as thieves. Our bond was solidified through our high school band, constant skate sessions, and awkwardly standing against the wall at dances. He's got a great sense of humor, a huge heart, and always goes the extra mile for his homies. Robbie is absurdly creative and always has a new project or endeavor he's working on. The most recent of which was learning Japanese and moving to Kyoto. We've gotten into more trouble than I'd admit together, and I can always count on him. He's also the only person I've ever seen crush a Taco Bell 12-pack before Prom.

Kevin Cruz

Groomsman

Simply Cruz, he's one of the most reel bois I know (IYKYK). He's Cruz, I'm Thome. Without this distinction, our friend group would dissolve under the weight of having two incredibly ill Kevins. He's got such a unique perspective on everything, and it's hilarious. Cruz has always been the biggest fan of anything his friends do, and will support you through thick and thin. I can always count on him to be as chronically online as I am and be just as invested in any extremely niche interest we share. The Swiss Army Knife of homies, if you will. He's smart, witty, and still manages to find time to game while being a rad dad. No one else thinks about the Roman Empire as often as this guy.

Austin Williams

Groomsman

I am so lucky that Chandler has a brother equally as cool as she is. My soon-to-be brother-in-law is one of the most level-headed and chill guys I've ever met. We first met in Berlin, and through the haze-filled halls of a German nightclub at 3 am, I quickly found out what a good time he is. Austin is always cool as a cucumber and is like the eye of any storm. He's so smart, and we have a shared affinity for history. Every time I see him, he's got a new band or movie to show me, and his taste in all his interests is unmatched. Currently residing in The Big Apple, we can't wait to have him back in Cali.

Eric Adams

Groomsman

Eric is a man for all seasons. From his knowledge of a myriad of musical artists to his ability to quote any movie at any time, you'd be hard-pressed to find a topic he doesn't know about. His ball knowledge is elite. We initially became close through sports, and he has consistently been the Stockton to my Malone. Eric speaks his mind with such vigor and gives you his entire hilarious personality up front and unfiltered. We've amassed countless Modern Warfare 2 kill streaks, and I can always count on him to match my rage in-game. His love for his friends is boundless, and he's always down to try something new. Still waiting for someone to beat us at beer pong.
