Third Space Coffee is owned and run by Amy Gibbs. Amy and her husband Bill moved to Bonner Springs with their 3 kids in 2009. They opened Third Space Coffee together in 2017 because they wanted to invest in their community. In November of 2020 they lost Bill in a motorcycle accident. With much love and support from wonderful family, friends and customers Amy has continued to operate the shop with amazing managers and staff. She's organized, creative, and an awesome coffee expert (and cook). She always has a smiling face and heart to serve.
Artisan and owner Bruce Breslow frequently demonstrates his marble making. During demonstrations, Bruce will explain the process of glass working, marble history, and other fascinating areas of marble interest. They also exhibit and sell the work of several dozen prominent glassworkers from across the country.
