It all started on St. Patrick’s Day in 2018, when Chandler’s friend Rocio dragged her to a party hosted by Conor and his roommates in South Boston. The two were introduced and quickly hit it off. Over the course of the next year, they spent more and more time together with their mutual group of friends. Eventually, they both realized that they had an undeniable connection and their friendship quickly blossomed into a beautiful relationship.

Conor and Chandler set off for the Cliff House Resort in Ogunquit, ME to celebrate Chandler completing two long years of grad school. Little did she know, Conor had other things to celebrate that weekend! After a relaxing morning getting pampered at the spa and a coastal Maine lunch, Conor convinced Chandler to take a walk along the cliffs before dinner. He took her out to the outermost point overlooking the water, where he dropped to one knee popped the question. They were both so excited and overcome with joy that Chandler had to ask Conor as they were leaving the cliffs, “Wait, did I say yes?” They ended the evening with a night cap at the bar, where a couple who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary surprised them by buying their drinks. It turns out, this couple had watched the proposal from their balcony earlier that evening. "Enjoy it, it goes by fast" they said. It was such a special moment to end the most special day.
