we're getting married

It all started in 12th Grade economics class at Chaparral High School. Chandler sat in the front of the class and I sat in the back right corner, every day I’d see her light up the entire class with the brightest and most beautiful smile I’d ever seen. I told the girl who sat next to me, I’m going to marry that girl one day and the rest was history. It took some work that’s for sure, Chan turned me down quite a few times before she finally came around. From countless mini golf dates, movie nights and game nights, we became inseparable. We had an amazing senior year together and summer to follow, we both were heading to college in different states which was extremely difficult on both of us. After one semester in Utah she decided to move back home and go to school in San Diego where we were about 10 minutes apart. Living in San Diego makes for a pretty exciting and romantic time, we grew closer and fell even harder for each other. Hard times came, but Chandler and I always had each other’s backs. Life sometimes knocks you down and it’s what you gain from experiences afterwards that truly matters. I learned that life is short, and I couldn’t imagine spending another year not calling you my wife. We always say that it feels like God hand picked each of us for one another, and I truly believe that. Everyday I think it’s impossible to love you more than I do right now, then I wake up that following day and love you even more. I’m beyond excited for a lifetime with you.

I first saw Brhet freshman year during 6th period P.E. I was attracted to him instantly. I remember asking a friend who he was and finding out he was in a relationship. Over the next three years, we did not have a single class together and rarely crossed paths. However, senior year was different. Brhet was single and we had a class together. His chase began. Brhet is very persistent and even though I thought he was a great guy and very cute, I tried to resist his charm because I did not want to face the consequences of dating a friend's ex in high school. Needless to say, I caved. And I am so happy I did. Falling in love with Brhet was magical and effortless. Over the years, I continued to fall harder and harder. Dating Brhet in high school was a rush, filled with so much passion and excitement. Our college years were full of fun, adventure and love. From cheering Brhet on at the USD stadium, to the baseball fields of Arizona, Minnesota, North Carolina and Kentucky, I am full of gratitude that I have gotten to be apart of Brhet's journey. As we enter this new stage of life, I believe the best it yet to come. I am amazed, at almost six years later, how strong my love and adoration is for the most perfect man I've ever met. I feel so incredibly blessed to be your wife. All my love.
