When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please return your mailed RSVP by September 25th. Please only RSVP for the names addressed on the envelope. Thank you!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask that you leave the sweet little ones at home as this is an adult only reception and ceremony. Thank you in advance!

Dress code?

Answer

Please dress semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please note the ceremony is being held in a Catholic Church so please dress appropriate.

What do we do for transportation?

Answer

We will only be providing transportation for the wedding party. Options: - Uber to church ceremony and Uber to reception - Drive to church and to reception. You are allowed to leave your car at McCormick until the next morning. - Designated Driver, please do not drink and drive :)

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please reach out to Chandler or Kenna Shano and let us know. McCormick is very accommodating of any food allergies and/or restrictions.

Open or cash bar?

Answer

We will have multiple open bars for the entire night! Tips for the bartenders are always appreciated!

Parking?

Answer

When you arrive to the ceremony, there is a huge parking lot. Park anywhere and enter through the main double doors. At the reception, park in the right parking lot where the sign says “private event” The concrete walkway will lead you to the event.

How late does the reception go to?

Answer

The reception goes until midnight. All open bars will remain open and additional food will be provided. You don’t want to miss this “after party!”

Do you have a room block for the hotel?

Answer

We do not have a room block or discounted rates for hotels. If you are local, please check to see if they offer an Arizona local discount. We have provided a list of hotels on a separate page with various hotels at different price points.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from any photography or cell phone usage during the ceremony as this is an “unplugged” ceremony. We have amazing professionals who will take plenty of pictures that we will share with you!

Do we immediately go to McCormick following the ceremony?

Answer

McCormick Ranch is less than 10 miles (15 minute drive) from the church. The cocktail hour does not start until 3:30pm. Please feel free to stop for a coffee (you’ll need it!). Thank you!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Each formal invitation will be addressed specifically to the individuals invited. Unfortunately, not all will receive a plus one. We hope you understand!

Question

What time do I need to arrive at St. Bernadette?

Answer

Please arrive at 12:45. The ceremony starts promptly at 1pm and you cannot enter after the start time. We do have staff in place to enforce this strictly. You will be turned away. Thank you for understanding.
