Face masks are REQUIRED while attending the ceremony in the church. We will have disposable face masks on hand. Face masks will not be required during the reception. However, you absolutely can if you wish.
We will be providing hand sanitizer through out the church and reception hall.
All guests will be seated in the church with social distancing in mind. All tables at the reception will be spaced apart 6 feet and will only seat 8 people. A seating arrangement will be made and we will do our best to seat families together. We will have a large enough dance floor that you can still shake your bootay while social distancing.
Appetizers will be served in individual bags Catered Food will be served Buffet Style, however, only the servers will be allowed to dish the food on to your plate Cake will be cut and served by the servers All beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) will be served by our bartenders
We will have a team that will go and wipe down all high traffic surfaces every thirty minutes with disinfectant.
The church and the reception hall has a capacity of 300 people. We however, cut our guest list down from originally planned to 100 people in order to maintain 1/3 of the capacity of the facilities so that we can follow all guidelines.
