Travel Accomodations
For your convenience, blocks of rooms have been reserved for Friday July 9 & Saturday July 10 at the following hotels. When calling to place a reservation, please indicate how many nights you will be staying, & mention “SHAY-SHAW” WEDDING in order to receive the discounted rate.
You can reserve over the phone, or online with the corresponding reservation link. All of these hotels are conveniently located in close proximity, near I-80 and the 86th St exit in Johnston/Urbandale.
To secure accommodations, please make your reservations by June 7, as any rooms not booked by this date will no longer be held for the wedding booking/discount.
If you need an earlier check-in or later check-out time, please contact the hotel directly to place these requests.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES, and TOWNPLACE SUITES: Must cancel 48 hours to arrival date to avoid any fees.
For: HILTON GARDEN INN: May cancel up to the time of 6 PM day of arrival without fee.
