2:30pm - shuttle pick ups begin at Truckee-Donner Rec Center 3pm - welcome drinks 4pm - ceremony at the river 4:15pm - cocktail hour + passed apps 5:45pm - dinner + toasts 7:30pm - dancing + dessert 10:30pm - last shuttles leave Dancing Pines *Reminder that temperatures will drop at night so please remember to bring layers for later in the night!
