We visited Arizona just a couple weeks after getting engaged for New Year’s, and Peter’s grandparents, Tom Wold and Lisa Wheeler, graciously hosted us for a week. We had such an amazing time that it felt silly not to get married here. Papa Tom’s and Lisa's home means so much to Peter and his family, and we’re so excited to start this next chapter together right in the backyard.
There will be shuttles in between El Chorro and the Wold Wheeler Residence. If you wish to take the shuttle, please park at El Chorro. The shuttles will bring guests to the ceremony and then back for the reception. Time and details to be released as the event nears. You are welcome to drive yourself or uber, but please be mindful that the ceremony is at a private home in a residential neighborhood and parking is limited.
November in Scottsdale is pretty perfect—sunny, dry, and comfortable, with daytime highs in the mid-70s to low 80s and cooler evenings in the 50s. Great weather for being outside!
