Chancelor and Raechel first crossed paths on New Year’s Eve 2021, shortly after Chancelor had moved to Cincinnati for his new job as a news reporter at FOX19. Raechel waited anxiously at Queen City Radio, texting him, “You better hurry up, it’s almost midnight ;)” With perfect timing, the clock struck twelve just as Chancelor arrived. They shared their first kiss, and from that moment on, everything changed. Over the next three years, they built a life together in Cincinnati before relocating to Orlando, Florida, in 2025 for Chancelor’s new opportunity—and a fresh chapter under the sunshine. In June, during a surprise trip to St. Augustine, Chancelor asked Raechel to marry him while the sun set over the water on a private cruise. She said yes, and the journey continues.
