When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP at your earliest convenience. We ask all guests that plan to attend our Wedding to RSVP by May 2024.

Can I take photos & videos of the wedding?

Answer

We will have an AMAZING photographer and videographer for our big day. During our Ceremony, we ask that all guests remain unplugged and put all phones and electronics away to enjoy this special moment with us. However, we encourage guests to post and take pictures during the Reception!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! Reach out about any allergies and dietary restrictions you may have!

All additional guests must be approved by the Bride and Groom. Please reach out to Trinity about any additional guests. Thank you.

Hotel Rooms and AirBnbs are limited. I have listed a few on our Travel section of our website!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. Yes. Yes. Some weddings have a no-shot policy... At ours, it's HIGHLY suggested and recommended. Let's make this a night to remember (or not remember)!

What do I need to travel to Mexico?

Answer

Passport! (REQUIRED to Travel and NOT Expired or Close to Expiration) Pen (For Customs Paperwork that is Filled out on the Plane) Bring the Wedding Invite (for Address and Customs at Airport) Bug Spray Rain Boots /Coat (recommended) Bring some Pesos for your Initial Travel / Arrival to Mexico (Order through Bank) Ability to Exchange Dollars for Pesos (Notify Bank that you will be Traveling to Mexico)

Are there any other events during this weekend?

Everyone is welcome to join us for food during our rehearsal dinner (Friday) and la tornaboda (Sunday), or simply just to hang out at the Hacienda during your stay!

What should I wear?

Answer

Rehearsal Dinner: Casual Clothing is perfect for our rehearsal dinner. Let's eat, laugh, and get the celebration started. Wedding Day: We would love it if all our guests dressed up with us. Please join us by wearing formal attire! (Formal dresses, suits, and your best dancing shoes!) La Tornaboda: It's going to be a recovery day, dress comfy! However, please be ready with some Bull Riding attire.

How can I get from Hotel to the Hacienda?

Answer

Taxis are readily available in town throughout the day. We will be providing a Party Train option for all 3 days, for those that need it. (Please RSVP with Trinity) Party Train Departure Times: Friday: 5pm Saturday: 4:30pm Sunday: 12pm
