IT'S HAPPENING!

Like many modern love stories, ours began with a simple swipe. They matched on Tinder, but life moved on and nothing came of it, at least not yet. It wasn’t until Chance recognized Alexis at a party sometime later that something shifted. This time, the conversation didn’t end. From that night forward, they talked every single day, slowly realizing that what they had been looking for had been there all along. A couple months later, they made it official. Nine months after that, they welcomed their baby, Mylo. He was the first of many big “let’s do it” decisions that would shape their life together. Between weekends at the restaurant and late nights dreaming about the future, they built something joyful and entirely ours. Two years in, they moved into our first place together. Around that same time, they took their sisters on a trip to Charleston, SC. At the time, it was just a vacation to a beautiful coastal city, full of charm and sunshine. They had no idea it would quietly become woven into our story. Not long after, they left their college town and moved to Greenville, SC, where they spent their days hiking trails and serving table all while imagining what the next chapter might hold. And somehow, that next chapter led them back to Charleston, not as visitors this time, but as residents chasing a life by the water. In the very city where they once vacationed without knowing what it would mean to them, Chance asked Alexis to spend forever with him. What started as a missed connection became daily conversations, then a dog together, new cities, and finally, a proposal by the beach in the place that had been calling them all along. Charleston wasn’t just a backdrop to their engagement, it was part of the journey that led them there.
