Can we park at the wedding venue?

Answer

Unfortunately no, we are only allotted a few spaces for vendors and shuttle vehicles. Please refer to the local bus schedule (https://ride.vail.gov/map) where you will take the Golf Course bus line from Vail Transportation Center/Vail Village Parking Structure directly to the venue. If driving a personal vehicle or rental you can park in the parking structure for free and ride the bus from there. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE TO THE VENUE OR YOU WILL BE REDIRECTED TO THE VAIL VILLAGE PARKING STRUCTURE.

Does Vail have an App?

Answer

Yes, Vail has has an app (Vail App Guide in App store) that will give you everything you need while visiting such as bus schedules, parking structure information, restaurants, hotels, shops, nightlife and things to do. We highly recommend downloading this prior to your arrival.

What time should we arrive to the venue?

Answer

We have access to the venue from 11am-11pm. Feel free to come as early as you wish but no less than 45 minutes prior to the ceremony as we will be shuttling guest from the clubhouse to the wedding island approximately .2 miles away.

Does Vail offer free transportation?

Answer

Yes, all buses are free to ride in the town of Vail. Whether it be intown buses that run on 10 minute increments or local buses that typically run on 30 minute increments. Please refer to the bus schedule on the Vail App.
