How to I transfer my stay to the new dates?

Answer

Velas Vallarta will be able to assist you in transferring your stay to the new wedding weekend! The resort has requested guests confirm whether they would like to: 1. Keep their reservation for the new dates 2. Cancel and receive a full refund 3. Transfer their payment to a future stay credit for alternate dates The resort has requested that you make these changes no later than 3 March 2026. Just mention that you are part of the Zecchini-Bonilla wedding group and need to adjust your stay to reflect the new wedding dates. You can call the resort directly at (877)418-2859. Yes, the resort is family-friendly if you would like to bring your kids to Mexico. However, please B.Y.O.B (bring your own babysitter) as there will be no kids allowed at the Welcome Dinner and the Wedding.
