Be weary that for small town Upstate New York reasons, there is another location in town with the same address! Do not fret, type in these directions and this will basically get you where you need to go: 16 Horse Hill Road, Hadley, NY 12835. Once you arrive, there will be signs designating where to go. You will turn onto Horse Hill Road, drive up, and park at the designated parking area. Please arrive early as we will be driving folks down to the beach (but feel free to walk as it is about 10 minutes). We hope to have everyone down at the beach by 4, so please arrive at the reception venue no later than 3:30!
Yes! While we do ask you to keep an eye on your little ones, we will have fun games, coloring books, dancing etc that should keep your kids busy.

Absolutely. We are lucky enough to have our excellent chef, Scott, on hand who is happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please let us know beforehand so that we may pass on the info.
There’s no parking at the beach ceremony site, so we’ll be shuttling guests from camp using ATVs and other on- and off-road vehicles. Please plan to arrive at the reception site by 3:30 PM so you can catch a ride and be in place for the 4:00 PM ceremony start. If you’re not comfortable riding on an off-road vehicle you’re free to park in the campsite parking area then walk to the beachside ceremony site, which is approximately a 10-minute walk.
Yes, there will be parking at our reception area and we will be transporting folks to and from the ceremony. However, for ease of parking we are hoping folks carpool when they can!
