Meet Our Friends and Family who will be walking down the isle with us!

Ricky ChampionRicky Champion

Person of Honor

Ricky, the Bride's youngest sibling, is the Person of Honor and the Bride could not be more thrilled! A radiology technician at VCU Hospital in Richmond VA, they are part of the small group of people who truly love their job. In their free time, you will find them hiking, foraging for wild mushrooms (then desperately trying to get the Bride to eat them) or cooking a great meal. Wherever Ricky is, you can count on their boys, Timber - a well trained goldendoodle and Goose -a well behaved lab-pitty mix being right on their heels. Ricky says there is a difference between being well trained and well behaved. Ricky has been the Bride's voice of reason, sparing partner, and best friend since they entered this world begrudgingly two years after the Bride was born. The Bride could not be more proud of the person Ricky has turned into and is so proud to have them stand by her side on her big day.

Stephanie BoydStephanie Boyd

Maid of Honor

Once upon a time a swimmer from Ohio was randomly paired to live with a softball player from Virginia. Steph and the Bride met on a sunny August day in 2015, at Bucknell University, Smith Hall 1D, Room 144.......and the rest is history. A civil engineer residing in San Francisco California, Steph (better known as "Little Fish") is the most adventurous and fun loving soul the Bride has ever meet. From surfing to rug tufting, there is nothing little fish will shy away from trying. From randomly assigned Freshman year roommates, to Maid of Honor, a lot has changed over the years but the bond between Little Fish and the Bride only every grows stronger.

Cassidy BaginskiCassidy Baginski

Matron of Honor

P.J. Skadoo's, ever heard of it? Well if you make the mistake of asking the bride or Cassidy what is so special about this little bar, you are bound to be met with big smiles and a long winded story of the night they met. Cassidy is an amazing RN living in Colorado AND currently in school to get her BSN. I mean being Matron of Honor, working full time, going to school, and being the best dog mom to her son Oliver....what CAN'T this girl do?! Cassidy and the bride have celebrated life milestones ranging from starting/graduating higher education programs, promotions, job changes, to finding "THE ONE". And soon they will be celebrating their wedding days side by side.

Delaney CampbellDelaney Campbell

Bridesmaid

Delaney, lovingly referred to as Dilly by the Bride, was born a day before Ricky, and is the Bride's younger sister from another mother (I Love you Mrs. Nikki). Every memory of the Bride growing up included Delaney, whether it was building a fort in her basement or playing manhunt. Delaney has been in attendance at anything and EVERYTHING wedding related. Seriously, if it weren't for Dilly and Ricky none of this would be possible. Our beautiful "Dancing Queen" is a girl on the go. If she isn't training for a half marathon, or just running for fun, you can find her running the field at her club soccer events. Blood isn't the only thing that defines family, and there is no way the Bride would able to enter this new phase of life without Delaney by her side.

Abigail DowAbigail Dow

Bridesmaid

The fist day of kindergarten is almost always full of tears, and the bride was no exception. As her mother is trying to calm her and sneak out, a little girl with glasses marches up and asks the bride "want to come play with me?". The tears stopped and off the two girls went. From Abigail attempting to play softball with Alexis, and Alexis attempting to take dance classes with Abby the girls didn't care what they did as long as they were together. Today Abigail works as a Physical Therapist down in Richmond VA. Despite no longer living right on the other side of the neighborhood, "Girls Club" blood runs deep! The bride could not imagine saying "I Do" without her first best friend.

Remi SmithRemi Smith

Bridesmaid

Paired together on a college Spanish project Remi and the Bride learned a lot about each other! Rem Rem learned that Alexis was not very good at Spanish and Alexis learned that Rem does not like hugs. Never the less they became a dynamic duo and eventually even sisters (Ask them to "throw what they know" and maybe, just maybe, they will flash the sign of their XIsterhood)! A guidance counselor living in Seattle Washington, Remi's kind and compassionate heart is fostering positive developmental growth of the next generation. In her free time you will find Rem Rem, camera in hand, out capturing all the beauty nature has to offer. Wherever the Bride was Rem wasn't far behind, a fact that will hold true even on her wedding day.

Rose DaherRose Daher

Best Woman

Rose can best be described as the grooms "sister from another mister". Together they have experienced so much of life together. Rose has been part of some of the best chapters of the grooms life. Rose is loyal, supportive, and always there when I need her. The strong bond between Rose and the Groom, despite often being an ocean apart, truly shows that no amount of distance could ever change true friendship. Rose is incredibly artistic and creative, and she brings that same heart and personality into everything she does. From the awkward high school years, to adventures in Spain, to helping coordinate a surprise proposal Rose has always been by the grooms side. "I choose Rose to be my best woman because I couldn’t imagine getting married without my sister, best friend, and one of the most important people in my world by my side." - Jackson

Beshoy WassefBeshoy Wassef

Best Man

Beshoy and the Groom have been friends for about a year now, and in that time they have gotten incredibly close. First starting at ECPI and now George Mason these two are surviving college together with a lot of laughs and very little sleep. If you know Beshoy, you know three things for sure: he is loud, he is hilarious, and he is extremely loyal. He’s the kind of friend who will always show up for you… just usually a little late. No matter what’s going on, he brings energy into every room and keeps things fun when stress levels are high. "I chose Beshoy as my Best Man because he’s been a constant presence during an important chapter of my life, and I know I can count on him for support, laughs, and probably reminding me where I left my phone. I’m grateful to have him standing next to me on one of the biggest days of my life, even if he arrives fashionably late." - Jackson

Nicholas KoukerjinianNicholas Koukerjinian

Groomsman

Nic can best be described as the groom’s ride or die, the kind of friend who brings the perfect mix of laughs, chaos, and real support. Over the past two years, Nic has become one of those people who naturally fits into the groom’s life, and most of that time has been filled with stories that start normal and somehow end with everyone cracking up. They met while working together at ECPI, and from the very beginning it was clear that things were never going to be boring with Nic around. He has a way of turning an average moment into something memorable, and he brings an energy that makes people feel comfortable fast. Nic is funny, unpredictable in the best way, and genuinely caring. He is also the person everyone wants nearby when something breaks, especially if it has an engine. If it involves cars, Nic somehow knows exactly what he is doing, and he is always willing to jump in and help without making it a big production. Nic was chosen as a groomsman because he has been a great friend and someone the groom can always count on. Whether it is for a laugh, solid advice, or backup when things go sideways, Nic shows up. Having him standing beside the groom on this day means a lot, because he brings loyalty, heart, and that unforgettable energy into one of the biggest moments of the groom’s life. “I chose Nic as a groomsman because he’s been a real friend from day one, and I can always count on him no matter what.” - Jackson

Brian MadlBrian Madl

Groomsman

Brian can best be described as a close friend of the groom and Abby’s boyfriend, and over the last two years he has become a genuine part of the group. From the beginning, it was clear that he fit right in, bringing laughter, energy, and a good time wherever he goes. Brian is funny, loud, and always ready to have fun. Whether the group is hanging out, fishing at Lake Anna, or just spending time together, he has a way of turning ordinary moments into memories. One of the favorite trips was a fishing day at Lake Anna that ended up being more about laughing and telling stories than actually catching fish. What stands out most about Brian is the positivity he brings to the people around him. He has a way of making everyone feel included and keeping the mood light, no matter what is going on. He is the kind of person everyone wants around for both the big moments and the small ones. Brian was chosen as a groomsman because he is a great friend and someone who adds a lot of fun and good energy to the groom’s life. Having him standing beside the groom on this day means a lot, not just because of the friendship, but because he has become part of the family and part of the group the groom is proud to stand with. “I chose Brian as a groomsman because he brings great energy to every room, and I’m grateful he’s become part of our crew and our family.” - Jackson

Connor CampbellConnor Campbell

Groomsman

Connor can best be described as the groom’s future brother-in-law, but over the last three years he has felt more like a real friend than just future family. He is fun, young, and always up for a good time, which means there is never a dull moment when he is around. Some of the best memories with Connor come from watching one of his friends lose all their money at MGM and bonding over a shared love of The Big Lebowski. If Connor is in the room, the energy is better, the laughs come easier, and even the most normal plan turns into something more entertaining. Connor was chosen as a groomsman because he is not just joining the groom’s family, he is someone the groom genuinely enjoys being around. Having him standing beside the groom on this day means a lot, because it marks the moment they officially become family in every way. “I chose Connor as a groomsman because he’s already felt like family for years, and I couldn’t imagine this day without him by my side.” - Jackson

Michael SachsMichael Sachs

Groomsman

Mike can best be described as one of the groom’s most steady friends, the kind of person who may be quiet, but is always the one who shows up when it truly matters. Their friendship has been strong for about four years, starting when they worked together at Cooper’s Hawk, where long shifts and shared chaos turned into real respect and a bond that stuck. Mike is kind, caring, and incredibly dependable. He does not say much, but when he does, it counts. Whether it was pushing through tough workdays or being a calm presence when life got stressful, Mike has consistently been someone the groom could rely on. Mike was chosen as a groomsman because of his steady presence and genuine heart. He is the kind of friend who does not need to be loud to be important, and having him standing beside the groom on this day means a lot because it reflects a friendship built on trust, loyalty, and showing up in the moments that matter most. “I chose Mike as a groomsman because he’s one of the most dependable people I know, and he’s always been there when it counts.” - Jackson

Jahnee MillhouseJahnee Millhouse

Officiant

Jahnee, a lover of True Crime, dogs in strollers, and the Bride and Groom, will have the distinguished honor of bringing the couple together in holy matrimony. A elementary school teacher, and mother to two strong, beautiful, and intelligent little girls Zoey and Luna, Jahnee's compassion and love truly knows no bounds. She is driven, Passionate, and wise beyond her years. During the planning process, the bride and groom knew that their officiant was going to play a pivotal role in the ceremony and the rest of their lives. I mean come on this person is responsible for breaking the news to Alexis and Jackson that they are now legally stuck together forever. Ultimately, the choice of who to pick was simple. Jahnee brings brightness into every room she walks into. Her pure heart, dedicated mindset, and calming demeanor made her the easy choice to marry the couple. As fate would have it Jahnee was already ordained and thrilled to accept the role of officiant!
