FAQs

We've put together answers to some of the most common questions below to help you plan your weekend in Boston. Feel free to reach out to Alice or Corey if you have more questions!
Question

Where is it?

Answer

The entire event will be held at the Boston Public Library: -- 230 Dartmouth St., Boston, MA 02116. -- There are parking garages nearby available for those driving. For those who wish to take public transport, the Green Line stop at Copley and the Orange Line stop at Back Bay are the closest.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Formal, with a nod to the beautiful summer season. We kindly ask our guests to dress in their elegant best while keeping the warm weather in mind. For gentlemen, a classic suit and tie in traditional or lightweight fabrics is perfect. No boat shoes or sneakers. For ladies, we request a formal floor-length gown or an elegant cocktail dress (midi length or longer), and we welcome vibrant summer colors, soft pastels, or sophisticated botanical prints.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please check our Travel page for more info! Hotels in Boston are quite expensive, especially the ones near the BPL. If you're looking for a more affordable place to stay, we recommend Airbnb or Booking.com. Somewhere with easy train access to Copley (Green) or Back Bay (Orange) will be perfect. Neighborhoods like Jamaica Plain or Brookline are a few great places outside of Downtown.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we'd love to accommodate everybody's plus one, if one was not included on your invite, we have not accounted for them. Please contact us to see if we have room on our waitlist.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Sorry, but no. We are planning our wedding to be child-free.
