Due to COVID-19 we have decided to postpone our wedding celebration until August 15th. We hope to share this rescheduled day with all our friends and family as planned and can't wait to celebrate with you all! Alex and Andy were introduced by their mutual friend, Derek Roath. (Thanks, Derch!) Andy was throwing a housewarming party for his new place and invited Derek for the festivities. Derek, knowing Alex had recently moved home to Ohio from New York, invited her to attend the party. She showed up with a bottle of wine for Andy and a small bottle of bourbon for herself. Andy + Alex bonded over their love of bourbon and their lack of love for living in New York City. Six months later (yes... it took Andy six months) they were "officially" dating.

On their annual trip to Key West with the Jarc family, Andy pulled out all the stops and surprised Alex with a beautiful beach proposal. In true Andy fashion, he didn't stop at just asking her to marry him. He also made sure Alex's Mom and Step Dad, Roberta + Ray, were there along with two of their closest friends, Michael and Carissa. Oh... and a photographer to capture it all! Alex was completely blown away by the entire weekend as they got to celebrate with both their families in one of their favorite places.
