What lodging accommodations are available?

Answer

There are several hotels in the surrounding are located on the "Travel" tab of the site. However, we have also rented out one of the camping loops at Sherando Lake for the night. We'll be spending our first night as husband and wife at the campsite and hope that those of you who enjoy the outdoors and camping can join us for some post-wedding festivities by the campfire. If you're interested in joining us, let us know so we can reserve a spot to accommodate everyone!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Casual Ladies - we recommend comfortable shoes. The terrain at the pavilion and to the ceremony is unpaved consisting of grass and gravel.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Once you enter the park, approach the park ranger gate. We will have someone from our party there to provide a map to the ceremony and reception.

Answer

We are very fortunate to have much of what we need. For those wishing to honor our special occasion with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be much appreciated. You will be helping us to create amazing memories that will last a lifetime.
