As soon as you can! Summer in Saratoga means race season, and hotels fill up fast. We recommend booking early to snag the best options near downtown or the golf course. Once you’re set, you can sit back and start planning your bets for the weekend.
If you’re in town early, come join us at the Saratoga Race Course for a fun day of horse racing, sunshine, and drinks! Later that evening, we’ll gather for a Welcome Party right in downtown Saratoga to officially kick off the weekend.
Downtown Saratoga is very walkable! For anything farther, Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are easy to grab. If you’re staying downtown, most of the weekend’s events are a quick ride away.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Saratoga National Golf Club — no need to travel between venues! After cocktails, we’ll move inside for dinner, drinks, and dancing.
We will provide transportation to and from wedding ceremony and reception. You can grab the shuttle from either the Hilton Garden Inn or Courtyard Marriott. Please arrive for the shuttles by 4pm. You are welcome to use the shuttle even if you are not staying at the hotel. If you’re driving, parking is available at the venue. Ubers and Lyfts are also easy to find around Saratoga.
Formal attire — think suits and ties, cocktail or floor-length dresses. We’ll start with cocktails outdoors and move inside later, so plan for a warm August evening and plenty of dancing!
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Enjoy a night out — we promise we’ll make it worthwhile!
Typically warm during the day (mid-80s) and cooler in the evening (60s). We recommend light layers for any outdoor events and comfortable shoes for dancing.
