For the wedding day the attire is "Garden Party Black Tie." It is kindly requested that men wear a tuxedo and women wear a long dress or evening gown. We invite you to join us in wearing spring pastel colors to match the gorgeous North Carolina spring flowers if you are so inclined! The Bride loves a fashion moment so wear something that makes you feel snazzy, confident, and ready to boogie! Want some inspiration? Our ceremony will be a phone-free event! We want everyone to be present and in the moment with us during this special time. We ask that everyone turn their phone off for the duration of the ceremony and refrain from taking any photos or videos. We promise we have fabulous photographers and we will share all the photos after the wedding!
Due to limited space at the venue, we are only able to extend an invitation to guests listed on your invitation. If you have received a plus one, that will be indicated on your invitation and the RSVP page by stating "and guest."
With the exception of our beloved flower girl, our wedding is a kid-free evening. Please contact Chamberlain if you need help arranging childcare for the evening, we're happy to provide the contact information for some fabulous sitters!
Please visit the RSVP tab on the website above. We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than April 18, 2026 so that we can coordinate with our vendors. If we have not heard from you by that date, we will have to mark you as not attending.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Wilmington's historic Brooklyn Arts Center. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. Both cocktail hour and the reception will be inside.
There is some free street parking and a 60-car parking lot two blocks from the venue. If you are driving we encourage you to arrive no later than 5:00pm to give you ample time to find parking. As we will be serving alcohol, we highly encourage any of our guests who are going to partake in those festivities to use a ride share service like Uber as cars cannot be left in the parking lot overnight.
