What will the weather be like?

Answer

Ideally, a beautiful summer day! However, the ceremony and reception will take place on the boat rain or shine. The boat is designed to handle rain and has heaters in case it is cold. I'm sure you will join us in making the most of the rain if we need to!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel block at the Boston Harbor Hotel. The dock where the boat is located is just outside the hotel, making this the ideal place to stay. There are plenty of alternatives if this doesn't suit your needs.

How should I get there?

Answer

When arriving in Boston, please let us know your travel itinerary. Taxis and rideshares are readily available at the Logan airport to transport you downtown. If you are staying at the Boston Harbor Hotel, it is a quick walk from the hotel to the dock. However, if you are staying elsewhere consider walking or taking a form of transportation that doesn't require worrying about parking. The boat will leave with or without you!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

The short answer is, no, not on the boat. However, we love your kids and we don't want their childcare to prevent you from coming. We would love to help find babysitters if you choose to travel with your kids. Please reach out to Zack directly to discuss things further!

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar! Please be mindful that any unsafe behavior will result in the boat turning around, so please drink responsibly.

What should I wear?

Answer

The black tie optional dress code means men are requested to wear a tuxedo but can opt for a dark suit. Women can choose either a formal evening gown, a shorter cocktail dress, or dressy separates. Be mindful, the Bridesmaids will be wearing pale yellow.
