🗓️ When should I RSVP by? We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you're able to help us finalize our guest count and travel plans. A firm deadline will be shared closer to the wedding, but please know we’ll need all responses well in advance to confirm resort details and dinner arrangements. Thank you so much for helping us stay organized — we can’t wait to celebrate with you! ❤️
➕ Can I bring a plus one or additional guests? We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Since this is a private wedding celebration with a set guest list, only those formally invited will be included in the ceremony, dinner, and reception events. Because we’re at an all-inclusive resort, we understand some may choose to turn this into a vacation — and you're welcome to travel with loved ones or children. However, please note that anyone not specifically listed on the invitation will not be able to attend the wedding events or dinner. Thank you for understanding — we truly wish we could include everyone! ❤️
👶 Are children allowed? Yes — we are a family with children! That said, due to limited space and resort event guidelines, only children who are specifically included on the invitation or previously discussed with us will be able to attend the wedding events (ceremony, dinner, and reception). You're more than welcome to travel with your little ones and enjoy the resort as a family vacation — but please understand that unlisted children will not be accommodated at the wedding itself. We appreciate your understanding and support as we try to balance an intimate celebration with a beautiful destination experience. ❤️
📷 Can I take photos during the ceremony? Yes, feel free to take photos — we’d love to see your memories too! We just ask that you’re mindful not to block our photographers or stand in the aisle during key moments. Thanks for helping us stay in the moment and in the shot! 💕 Tag us using #WitnessTheWatsons
🍸 Will there be an open bar? Absolutely! We’re at an all-inclusive resort, so the drinks will be flowing all week long. Enjoy responsibly, celebrate fully… and hydrate accordingly 😉 #AllInclusiveEnergy
🛂Yes — all guests will need a valid passport to enter Mexico. Please double-check the expiration date and make sure it’s valid at least 6 months past your travel dates.
💼The dress code is semi-formal/beach elegant — think breezy, elevated, and comfortable.
🧴The resort is all-inclusive, so tipping is optional but appreciated. U.S. dollars are accepted. You may also want cash for airport transportation, excursions, or souvenirs.
⏰We recommend arriving at least one day before the wedding to relax and settle in before the festivities begin.
🛫Once our group room block and travel info are available, we’ll share all the details. We will have a designated travel agent available for our group. You can book your room and flights however you prefer, but booking within the group ensures you're included in all the wedding events.
🏨 Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos is a luxury, all-inclusive resort with ocean views, amazing food, and something for everyone. Unlimited dining at multiple restaurants + 24-hour room service Open bars (yes, all drinks included — even the good stuff 😉) Daily activities like pool games, fitness classes, and live shows KidZ Club for ages 4–12 and family-friendly pools Adults-only pool, spa, and beachside cabanas for relaxation Whether you're traveling solo, with a partner, or as a family — you’ll have plenty to enjoy outside of the wedding festivities!
🌊The beach at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, walking, and dipping your feet — but it’s not considered a swimmable beach due to strong tides, shore breaks, and unpredictable currents. You can safely wade in up to your ankles or knees, but we recommend avoiding anything deeper than mid-thigh. The views are everything, and the resort pools make up for it! If you're hoping for full ocean dips, there are excursions to swimmable beaches nearby. 💦
