Join us as we kick off our wedding weekend with a relaxed and festive welcome party! Dress casual and cozy—think sweats, warm layers, and your favorite puffy jacket. We’ll be out on the lawn, and once the sun goes down it can get pretty chilly (temps drop into the 40s), so come bundled up and wear shoes you don’t mind being on grass in.
Swig & Stone will be catering our dinner, serving up wood-fired, made-to-order pizzas with authentic Neapolitan-style thin crust. Open bar will be hosted by On The Rocks. Please note any gluten-free needs when you RSVP. Come hungry, grab a drink, and settle in for an easy, laid-back evening.

Our Ceremony

Dressy but not quite black tie—think elevated, polished, and fall-inspired. We love the idea of rich autumn colors and stylish layers. Extra points to anyone in a fur coat. The ceremony will take place on the lawn, so keep the grass in mind when choosing your shoes (block heels, boots, or flats are your friend)!
Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Spend the day however you’d like before getting ready, there are lots of hiking and biking adventures around. Unlike many rivers that begin as small streams, the Metolius emerges fully formed from two groups of massive underground springs. Worth checking out! Shuttles will start at 3pm for everyone offsite.
Reception

After the ceremony, the celebration continues with dinner, drinks, and dancing! We’ll be serving a delicious plated meal from High Desert Catering. All food is locally sourced from Columbia distributors, salmon is wild caught from the Columbia River and beef will be TBD from an Oregon Farm location. Expect all the classic moments: great food, cake cutting, and plenty of time on the dance floor. We will have an open bar hosted by On The Rocks. Shuttle service provided to take anyone offsite home for the night.

After Party

Because celebrating a decade takes longer than a day. We’ll be spending the day hanging out, playing lawn games, singing Karaoke, and soaking up time with everyone we may have missed during the whirlwind of the wedding day and welcome party.
Saddle up for a western-themed day-after party! We’re leaning all the way in, think denim, boots, fringe, cowboy hats, flannels, bandanas, and anything that feels a little country or a little extra. Dresses, double denim, bolo ties, turquoise, leather, or even a fun graphic tee all fit the vibe. Whether you go full rodeo or just add a western touch, we’re here for it. We’ll have Bend Breakfast Burrito and Wild Boots Coffee Bar at the house, and later on, El Sancho Taco Truck along with margaritas and brews to keep things festive. Come and go as you please, stay as long as you’d like, we just want more time to celebrate with you!
