Junior year, I met Brian's future ex-girlfriend, haha, and was invited to a birthday party where I knew pretty much no one. I'm standing on the back porch and this loud rev ignites in the background and a 1971 convertible mustang slides into view. Out stepped this goofy dude with his Tetzlaff stroll, those of you who know..know, and the first words I said to him, "Nice ride, man." As they say, the rest is history, we became instant friends. From summer mayhem, to a national park road trip, to bar hopping, to a last minute "hey, you wanna run a half marathon tomorrow?" (I'm absolutely not a runner..but hell yeah let's DO IT). From helping me move into an apartment after a break up, to walking through all the ups and downs of each other's lives. We have seen so many sides of each other, experienced so much life together already. 20 years of friendship later, we awakened to what's been in front of us, all along. A kiss on Halloween, set ablaze a fire we never realized we had always wanted. And now, the rest of our lives begins...
