Don't forget your passport! Please double check to make sure your passport does not expire 6 months prior to March 2025, our wedding month! You will not be permitted to travel within 6 months remaining of an expiration date. There will be a 15 minute shuttle from the airport to the resort that you can book on the Baha Mar website also found in the travel section.
We will have a certain number of room blocks discounted for our guests at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar! The discounted room link is posted in the travel section of our website.
No you can stay wherever you would like! The discounted room blocks will be at the Grand Hyatt in Baha Mar! Other resorts at Baha Mar are SLS and Rosewood. Nearby resorts that are more affordable are Breezes and Goldwynn.
Get dressed up with us! The dress code is formal. Bridesmaids will be in champagne so please avoid wearing that color. What we recommend for men: suit, tie optional and loafers with no socks is fine. What we recommend for ladies: cocktail dresses or long dresses any color besides white and champagne . The ceremony and reception are hosted on a big lawn with turf so thicker heels would be best! Please no jeans or sneakers.
We are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited on your save the dates and wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear on your invite as well as when you RSVP. You can bring guests on the trip with you but they may not attend the wedding or any wedding event. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! Unfortunately we have decided to keep our wedding events adults only. For the little ones the resort does offer in-room babysitting and child care at the kids club. If you have any questions please reach out to us or email babysitting@bahamar.com.
Both events will take place outdoors. If it rains we will be indoors.
All white welcome party will be on Thursday, February 27, 2025. Wear all solid white! White dresses, tops, skirts, pants, etc light or white khaki pants is ok for men with white shirts. The welcome party will take place on the beach! There will be food, drinks, music, games and a photographer.
We will be arriving Monday, February 24, 2025 - Monday, March 3, 2025. Guests are welcome to come whenever and stay as long or as little as they want! The welcome party will be on Thursday, February 27 and the wedding will be on Saturday March 1, 2025.
