Are there alternative accommodations from Hotel Santa Barbara?

Answer

Of course! There are many local hotels in the area. Airbnb is another great option. We chose Hotel Santa Barbara because it is in the heart of downtown and walking distance to the courthouse and reception.

Does the hotel provide room blocks?

Answer

No, they don't offer room blocks but they do offer a discount code (CODE: wedding24). Please refer to the travel page for how to correctly use the code.

Parking?

Answer

Hotel Santa Barbara: valet. Courthouse: street parking and paid lots. La Paloma Cafe: street parking and paid lots.

Transportation?

Answer

Santa Barbara is very pedestrian-friendly. If you are staying within walking distance to the courthouse, we recommend walking or use rideshare (Uber/Lyft). We are planning on walking from the courthouse to the reception if you choose to join us.

Open bar?

Answer

Yes. We urge anyone who will partake in the open bar to use rideshare. We will be walking from La Paloma Cafe back to Hotel Santa Barbara after festivities (yes, it's that close).

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence is enough of a gift, but should you wish to get us something, we'd greatly appreciate a contribution toward our next travel adventure.
