Maid of Honor
Aliyah is my 17 year old daughter. She is smart, funny, witty and has kept me on my toes since the day she was born. We were a family of 2 for many years and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way at that time. Mark's patience has made the transition to a family of 3 seamless. Ali is in competitive cheer and has even drug Mark to a few competitions including having him carry the team mascot to the venue.
Best Man
Scotty T has been my best friend for as long as I can remember. I have been lucky to be involved with his amazing family from being a groomsmen in his wedding to Angi, to the births of his 4 girls, putting on kick a$$ 4th of July shows at Aunt Carol's, Christmas Eves at his parents house and several other adventures that won't be mentioned...Scott is truly a Brother from another Mother.
Bridesmaid
Andrea is not only my sister but my best friend. She is the first one I call when I am upset or excited about something. She has been by my side on the worst day of my life (passing of our mother) to the best days of my life. Anytime Mark talks about buying a yacht to live on when we retire he always makes sure Andrea has her room.
Groomsman
Ryan "Yo-Yo" Yoes... Ryan is the definition of a true friend. No matter how long it has been since we have seen each other or it takes for him to call me back, we pick up like we had just spoken yesterday. His infectious attitude and positive outlook, even in the darkest of times, is something to strive for. Always willing to give a friend or stranger a helping hand, I am glad he agreed to stand up for me.
Bridesmaid
Jenn and I have been best friends for nearly 30 years from working at Godfather's Pizza and Video Giant together to living across the street from each other for 5 years in Kennewick. Through all my dating mishaps she finally approved of Mark and said "if I mess this up she is choosing Mark over me.":)
Groomsman
Brent is my "little" big brother. He is joining us from the Great White North (yes Canada). His guidance and support throughout my life has been a steady force that is always appreciated. Whenever I had a question or a problem (in college or life), Brent has always been there to offer a sympathetic ear, advice, a dose of reality or a smack on the back of the head. All of which came into play after meeting Toni for the first time on a trip to The Calgary Stampede and several following years...he would say, "and why haven't you married her yet?" It just took a couple of years for the smacks to the back of the head to settle in. Thanks brother...
Bridesmaid
Jodi and I have been best friends since the 2nd grade. Jodi and I have so many memories I don't even know where I would start from sleepovers, softball, to Vegas trips. Although we no longer live in the same town, a day doesn't go by that we don't talk. Jodi has been with me through every life mishap and celebration.
Groomsman
Scott is my oldest brother and my sounding board for all things. His advice and guidance has helped me many times thoughout my life. From fixing anything mechanical to building slot cars as a kid, Scott has always been there to support me. Standing up for me at my wedding is the latest and biggest support to date. Thank you Brother.
Flower Girl
Jaedyn is my sweet, smart, funny and beautiful niece. She is the most caring and kind person. She is a senior at University of Oregon. She is an amazing artist and will do great things in life. When she was a baby I would care for her while her mother worked. I cherish those times we had together and we are very close because of it.
Flower Girl
Kielynn is my very driven, beautiful, smart niece. She is funny and I love the time we spend together. She just graduated high school and is starting college. She already has an amazing work ethic and I am excited to see what she will do with her life.
Ring Bearer
Drew "Bug" is our Ring Security Agent. He is my non-blood Great Nephew whose mother is my non-blood Niece (Makenna) and my brother from another mother's (Scotty) oldest and only grandchild. Him taking time out of his busy schedule to keep the rings safe and secure is greatly appreciated.
Officiant
Marc Matilla is one of our two Officiants. He is an old friend that I have known for 20 years. We met each other at Longview Fibre where he mentored me to become a paper mill supervisor and I opened his eyes to the highlights of the Pendleton Round-Up. We have had many great adventures riding motorcycles through the years. Him on his Indian Chief and me on my Deer Slaying Triumph. I am honored that he agreed to co-officiate my wedding to the love of my life.
Father of the Bride
Larry is the dad anybody would be grateful to have. He created an amazing childhood for my sister and I. When my mom passed away he bacame the rock of the family. To him family is everything and he shows it each and every day. He is the most amazing dad and grandfather. He absolutely loves his grandchildren more than anything else and just beams when he talks about them. He has traveled to many many cheer competitions with me and I am so thankful for him.
Officiant
Cor has been a family friend since my sister and I moved to Pendleton in 1994. She is absolutely hilarious and so much fun to be around. If Cor is around you know you are going to have fun, that is why I insisted she also help officiate the wedding.
