Arrival Times
Answer
Ceremony Please arrive at the ceremony for around 5:45pm. We ask that you please do not begin entering the ceremony location before 5:30pm. The ceremony will be starting at 6pm. Reception Please arrive at the reception for cocktail hour around 7pm-7:30pm. The wedding party and Bride & Groom will be arriving around 9pm to open up the reception.

Parking
Answer
While there is parking at both the ceremony and the reception, the parking is very limited. We ask that you carpool if possible, to minimize the amount of vehicles. For the reception, we suggest you park on Rice line, as Cobden road is quite busy. There will be a walkway from Rice Line to the reception.

Answer
We wanted to let you know that we will not be serving a traditional dinner at our wedding. Instead, we kindly ask that you enjoy a meal before you arrive. During our cocktail hour, we will have a selection of appetizers for you to enjoy. Later in the evening, around 11pm, we will have caterers serving late-night snacks!

Answer
While we have not reserved any hotel blocks for our wedding. We have put together a list of near by accommodations for your convenience! The closest hotels available are in Renfrew and Pembroke (both about 20-25 minutes away). PEMBROKE -Best Western -Clarion -Holiday Inn -Comfort Inn RENFREW -Days Inn There are also campgrounds in Cobden for those who would prefer a night under the stars! -Bona Vista Campground - Tent and Trailer -Splash Valley Waterpark & Resort - Tent, Trailer, and on-site accommodations We recommend booking early to reserve your spot!

Transportation
Answer
We want everyone to have a great time and stay safe! If you plan to enjoy a drink or two, please arrange transportation to and from both the ceremony and reception venues (two separate locations) to ensure nobody is drinking and driving.

Answer
We would love to have little ones join us on our special day! To ensure everyone, including parents, can enjoy the celebration, we ask that children leave by 10pm. This gives parents the chance to enjoy the evening without worrying about little ones, and ensures that the night is safe and enjoyable for all guests. We hope this allows you to let loose and celebrate with us!
