When is the wedding?

The wedding is Saturday, June 6th at 5 o'clock in the evening.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be at the John James Audubon Center in Audubon, PA. The address is 1201 Pawlings Rd, Audubon, PA 19403.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving around 4:30pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire. Long dresses or gowns and dark suits are recommended.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! It is from 11pm to 2am. For hotel guests only to ensure everyone makes it home safely.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bus shuttling guests to and from the hotel and the venue. There will be a shuttle bus picking guests up from the hotel at 4:00pm and 4:30pm to bring them to the venue. The shuttle bus will pick guests up from the venue starting at 10:00pm, return to the hotel, and continue to make loops back and forth from the venue and hotel until all guests make it back to the hotel.

I'm staying at the hotel, but didn't book with the block. What should I do?

Answer

Just make sure to let the hotel know that you're with the wedding when you check in to make sure you receive a welcome bag!

Are there any other events I should know about?

Answer

There will be a Sunday Brunch the morning after the wedding for all hotel guests! It is from 9am to 12pm at the hotel restaurant.
