Our goal is to keep our special weekend as intimate as possible, and we are choosing to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Invitations will be addressed directly to the people we'd love to attend. Please no guests who are not directly invited.

What's the dress code for the wedding?

Cocktail attire, but remember, we’ll be near the beach! We'd love for you to strike your balance between elegant yet comfortable, and fancy yet danceable. It will also be (most likely) incredibly hot. Ladies, feel free to break out fun prints and colors. Fellas, lightweight and linen suits are great, and if you’ve been wanting to try a fun color, now’s your chance. Dress in a way that makes you feel divine and darling. Recommended color scheme! What room do you recommend we stay in?

We recommend you stay at TRS Coral and choose the swim-up suite if budget allows. If there are 3 of you staying in one room, you will need to book a regular room at TRS Coral (swim-up suite only allows 2).

What day should we fly in?

Answer

Our wedding will be on Friday, July 10, so we recommend getting there Thursday and staying until at least Sunday. There is a 3-night minimum stay. If your schedule allows, we would definitely recommend extending your vacation if you fancy it. We will be arriving Wednesday afternoon, if you'd love to join us early.

What's the resort like?

Answer

This is an all-inclusive resort, situated like a sprawling utopia on the coast of Mexico. While it is all-inclusive, we found it was very beneficial to have cash to tip the many many people who will go great lengths to make your vacation absolutely perfect. At TRS Coral, you will be assigned a butler who handles all your day to day things (reservations, activities).

What is the flow of the wedding day?

Answer

We will start with our ceremony at 5pm - this is indoors and air-conditioned. Immediately after the ceremony, we have a cocktail hour right outside. Then, we will head over to our reception for dinner and dancing, which is also indoors and air-conditioned. Come prepared to tear up the dancefloor.
