What form of identification do I need to travel to Mexico?

Answer

You need a passport and as a general rule, passports must be valid for six months beyond the date the traveler will exit the United States.

What will the weather be like? What should I pack?

Answer

The average minimum temperature in Punta Mita in July is 73.4°F. July may experience some scattered rain. The average maximum daytime temperature lies around 91.94°F. Visitors traveling to Punta Mita should plan on bringing a waterproof rain jacket in the event that it rains. Also bring your shorts or a skirt because it can be very warm or even hot. With a water temperature of around 84.2°F, this is a great month to swim.

Where will the wedding ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will take place on-site at the Dreams Bahia Mita Resort. Both events will be held outdoors and on grass, so please choose your footwear accordingly.

Is there a dress code I should observe for wedding events?

Answer

Yes! For the rehearsal dinner, the dress code is beach semi-formal. For the wedding ceremony and reception, the dress code is formal.

Answer

Yes, please refer to our 'Resort and Flight' tab. However, you're more than welcome through your preferred travel agent and/or website!

Is there a Kids Club available at the resort?

Answer

Yes, The Explorer's Club is available for children ages 3-12, and the Core Zone Teens Club is available for children ages 13-17.

What are the COVID travel protocols I should be aware of?

Answer

Current COVID guidelines do not require testing to travel from the U.S. to Mexico. However, travelers will need to receive a negative COVID test result 24 hours before boarding a flight back to the U.S. Guests can arrange an appointment for a free on-site COVID test through the hotel concierge. For more information regarding COVID travel guidelines, please refer to the CDC website.
