Ocean City Boardwalk
One of our favorite places to visit together is the Ocean City, Maryland Boardwalk, it holds a lot of special memories for us and is a spot we always look forward to. Stretching along the ocean, the boardwalk is packed with great restaurants, local shops, bars, and classic beach attractions. Whether you’re grabbing a Pit Beef Sandwich or a Soft Shell Crab Sandwich, enjoying a Fresh Squeezed Lemonade with an ocean view, or just taking a walk with the sound of the waves, there’s something for everyone. From morning coffee and bike rides to late-night arcade and carnival games, the boardwalk has a fun, laid-back energy that really captures the beach vibe we love. There's even a Jolly Roger theme park and Ripley's Believe it or Not museum. If you have the time while you’re in the area, we highly recommend checking it out. It’s a must-see!

Emily’s family’s go-to spot in OCMD! Definitely worth checking out. Great food, especially the crabs and seafood. It’s a small, local spot with a laid-back feel, picnic tables, and outdoor seating - perfect for a casual bite. We always go for a pitcher of Landshark and rockfish tacos!
Dumser's Dairyland Restaurant
Any location they are all good - Chad's childhood favorite ice cream - Fun fact his step fathers family once owned it!
Assateague Adventure Cruise II
Emily and I did this tour and had an awesome time—it’s something we’d definitely recommend. We got to learn a bit about the area, see the wild ponies up close, and even catch some sea life with nets. It’s a great mix of relaxing and interactive, and honestly fun for everyone. Along the way you’ll: See wild ponies in their natural habitat Explore Assateague Island Check out a marine touch tank Do some bird watching Learn about the local ecosystem Cruise through OC’s commercial fishing harbor and see boats in action Get hands-on with a crab and local marine life demonstration If you’re looking for something different to do while you’re in town, this is a great option.
The Original Greene Turtle
Right across from where we stay, this is our go-to spot. We love walking over for great crab dip, awesome cocktails, and a fun upstairs with plenty of games, always a good time! For anyone in a state who can't play Keno, you will find Chad playing here!
Viking Golf & Go-Karts
If you’re looking for something easy and fun to do, this is a great spot to check out.
