Chadrick was a friend of my friends & we finally met at Apostolic Camp in July of 2010. He seemed to be funny so of course I wanted to be his friend too. Chadrick basically tricked me into getting my number by playing it off by using a survey. (Remember to ask me, I'll explain later lol!) That fall Chadrick started his 1st year of college at BC and I did early admission while still in high school. Every day after my classes, a group of us gathered under the pavilion at BC South campus, the birth place of friendship. Chadrick was securely in the friend zone as my "bestie" but I always felt such comfort with him. No one could have convinced me that we would be anything more than friends. Boy was I wrong! Lol! Chadrick was consistently sweet, kind, caring, respectful, genuine and of course he always made me laugh. It was his consistency and that genuineness to him that made me grow then trip, fall, tumble, dive deep in love with him. We have grown up together and finally we have made it to the beginning of FOREVER.

Since my youth, I've been told to pray because God answers prayers. I've always asked God for someone that would be honest with me and would communicate their feelings openly and that's EXACTLY what God gave me. Nemoya and I met at camp in 2010, I saw her in the crowd and I may have come up with a scheme to get to know her but there was only one goal in mind. Our friendship developed after camp where I was friend zoned for quite some time but I was persistent and I eventually got the courage to make one of the greatest decisions of my life by asking her on a date. Nemoya is the love of my life and our journey might have been different from "what's expected" but I know I found "the one" - the wife I've always prayed for.
