FAQs

The Wedding Website of Hayley Noneman and Chad Bowers
We know for many of you Colorado is a long ways away. Here are some answers to common questions.
Question

What should I do if I can not make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

What time is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00PM (Please start arriving at 3:30)

Question

Can I bring guests/ +1s not noted on my invitation?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to share our special day with! If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest(s). Due to ever changing restrictions at our venue we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We respectfully request that you only bring children that are included on your invitation.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that adults dress semi-formal. We are planning on an outdoor ceremony as long as it is above freezing and not raining, so please dress accordingly. For the kids we ask that they wear literally whatever they want. If they want to dress up as a dinosaur, a car, a princess, a hockey player, a wizard or anything else we can't wait to see it!

Question

Where should I fly to?

Answer

Colorado Springs' airport is the closest option. They have pretty cheap flights through Southwest, but all major airlines can get you here. Denver International Airport is a likely cheaper option, but it is an hour and a half commute to Colorado Springs.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

The venue is at 12375 Black Forest Rd. Colorado Springs, CO, however there are no hotels super close to it. We recommend looking for hotels near Interquest and I-25 as it is very easy access. AirBnB or VRBO are other great options too!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Good question. Short answer, we have no idea. However, it is November in the front range and the ceremony will be outside as long as it isn't pouring down rain or below freezing. It could be 70 degrees and sunny or 33 degrees and snowing, monitor the weather the week before for the best predictions.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be a full service cash bar during the reception. Wine will be provided during dinner. There will also be complimentary champagne and cider during the toasts.

Question

What is happening with COVID?

Answer

We will be continuously monitoring the requirements of the venue and be updating them here. Cases are currently on the rise in El Paso county so it is a possibility that masks could be required regardless of vaccination status. We do ask that our guests get the vaccine, a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the wedding or wear a mask. We thank you all for helping keep everyone safe.
