Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is the nearest airport. The hotel is easily accessible from PIT by rideshare, with an average travel time of about 25 minutes. Alternatively, several car rental services are available at the airport.
Our dress code is formal attire. We ask that men wear a suit and tie. For women, an evening gown or a midi-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.
We will be providing shuttle service between the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Southpointe and Bella Sera Event Villa. Ahead of the cocktail hour, there will be shuttle service from the hotel to the reception venue starting at 4:45 PM. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel starting at 10:15 PM.
Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately cannot accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception with beer, wine, liquor, sodas, and mixers. However, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.
