We're Getting Married!

Believe it or not, we met online and happen to run with the same group of friends from the San Diego Humane Society, where Sara worked at the time. On our first date, Sara was late (shocking) and ordered the ONE food that Chad doesn't eat for them to share. Nine years later, Sara is still always late and Chad still can't eat mushrooms.

Chad planned a weekend in our favorite place - Joshua Tree. Since Sara is used to Chad's photography background, it was not unusual for him to set up for the perfect shot and she had no idea what was about to happen when posing for a picture. He popped the question, just us and the Joshua Trees and it was perfect.
